ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Maria d’Oliveira Martins

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, where she graduated, obtained her Master's and Doctoral degrees. Currently, she teaches and conducts research in the disciplines of Public Finance, Constitutional Law, and Philosophy of Law. She is a researcher at Catholic Research Center for the Future of LawShe practices as a legal consultant. She is the author of... "Lessons in Public Finance and Financial Law" (Almedina, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2019), of "Fair Public Spending - A legal-constitutional analysis of the topic of Justice in public spending" (Almedina, 2016), from "Contribution to the Understanding of Institutional Guarantees" (Almedina, 2007) and co-author of "The Budget Framework Law – Annotated and Commented" (Almedina, 2007 and 2009).
