Professor Auxiliar Convidado da Escola de Lisboa da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, onde se licenciou e obteve o grau de Doutor, com a dissertação intitulada "A influência de terceiro na decisão de contratar — Do dolo de terceiro à responsabilidade de terceiros por informações". Integra o Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law e tem publicado e desenvolvido investigação na área do Direito Civil. É membro do Conselho de Direção da Escola de Lisboa da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica e coordenador da CatólicaNext.
