Maria d’Oliveira Martins

Professora Auxiliar na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, onde se licenciou, obteve o grau de Mestre e de Doutor. Neste momento, leciona e desenvolve investigação nas disciplinas de Finanças Públicas, Direito Constitucional e Filosofia do Direito. É investigadora do Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law. Exerce a atividade de jurisconsulta. É autora das "Lições de Finanças Públicas e Direito Financeiro" (Almedina, 2011, 2012, 2013 e 2019), de "A Despesa Pública Justa - Uma análise jurídico-constitucional do tema da Justiça na despesa pública" (Almedina, 2016), do "Contributo para a Compreensão das Garantias Institucionais" (Almedina, 2007) e coautora de "A Lei de Enquadramento Orçamental – Anotada e Comentada" (Almedina, 2007 e 2009).
