Elsa Vaz de Sequeira é Professora Auxiliar da Escola de Lisboa da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, instituição onde se licenciou (1996), obteve o grau de Mestre (2004) e de Doutor (2014). Coordenadora do Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law. Foi cocoordenadora executiva do Centro de Arbitragem da Universidade Católica Portuguesa de 2013 a 2017. Tem publicado e desenvolvido investigação nas áreas do Direito Civil e do Direito Penal, em particular no domínio da colisão de direitos, da contitularidade de direitos e do contrato de franchising.
