Rita Nascimento

Rita Nascimento é chef de pastelaria. Gulosa assumida, passou a infância a lamber montras de pastelarias. Estudou Teatro, mas o amor pelo açúcar falou mais alto e levou-a a fazer um curso superior de Pastelaria em Espanha, onde acabou por trabalhar em vários restaurantes e pastelarias. Viveu ainda nos Estados Unidos da América, Itália e Reino Unido, onde foi colecionando experiências gastronómicas.
Voltou a Portugal em 2007 e teve durante alguns anos o "pior trabalho do mundo": desenvolver sabores de gelados para uma empresa de gelados artesanais. Em 2014 criou o canal de YouTube La Dolce Rita, onde até hoje apresenta receitas doces semanalmente. Na atualidade divide o seu tempo a criar, testar e provar receitas para o seu canal, os seus livros e os seus cursos de pastelaria que dá a gulosos espalhados por todo o país.
