Judson Brewer

Judson Brewer, formado em Psiquiatra e em Neurociência, doutorou-se em Imunologia e fez o pós-doutoramento na Universidade de Yale, onde estudou os mecanismos da adição – área onde é hoje considerado um dos grandes especialistas mundiais. É professor na faculdade de Saúde Pública e na faculdade de Medicina da Brown University, onde dirige o departamento de Investigação e Inovação do Centro de Mindfulness. A sua TED talk, A Maneira Simples de Quebrar um Mau Hábito, foi vista mais de 16 milhões de vezes.
