Valeria Koob

Valeria Koob, nasceu em Milão em 1972, estudou em Itália e na Alemanha, licenciando-se em Filosofia. Casada com um português, divide a sua vida entre Lisboa e Milão. Com um gosto especial pela cozinha, pela degustação e pelos vinhos, trabalhou, enquanto estudante, em conhecidos restaurantes em Heidelberg onde aprendeu com os chefes alguns truques.
