Miriam Crocco

Miriam Crocco, nasceu em Génova onde se licenciou em Pedagogia. Com o marido viveu nos EUA, em Inglaterra, em Espanha e por fim em Portugal. Sempre tentou manter a ligação com a pátria através da tradição da boa cozinha italiana. Actualmente aguarda com entusiasmo o momento de poder começar a preparar a famosa pasta al pesto de Génova para o seu recém-nascido primeiro neto.
