Teresa Barata foi pioneira dos programas Detox em Portugal e fundadora da marca LIQUID, criada em 2011 após 15 anos no mundo corporativo. Foi a primeira portuguesa certificada como Health Coach pelo Institute of Integrative Nutrition de Nova Iorque, especializando-se em Coaching e Transformação Pessoal. Com mais de 25 anos de prática de yoga, é professora certificada, focando–se na longevidade e no alinhamento. Autora dos livros Tratar de Mim e Em Estado Puro, participou numa TED Talk sobre bem-estar e equilíbrio.
Acredita que a paixão e a curiosidade são a chave para uma vida mais plena e feliz.
