Magda Gonçalves nasceu em Lisboa em 1979 e desde cedo teve uma relação muito complicada com a comida, o que a levou a batalhar com a alimentação durante anos. Depois de ter conseguido finalmente vencer essa guerra, resolveu mudar de profissão e ajudar os outros a encontrar uma relação prazerosa, equilibrada e tranquila com a comida. Deixou a organização de eventos corporativos onde trabalhava e formou-se no Institute fo the Psychology of Eating (Colorado, EUA), escola líder mundial em Psicologia Alimentar.
