Objectivo e realista

Um livro realista e objectivo no qual a autora faculta uma série de ferramentas usadas pela própria em contexto de terapia e que o leitor poderá aplicar no contexto da sua vida pessoal. Uma leitura fácil e envolvente que me surpreendeu principalmente pelo facto da autora contestar algumas abordagens simplistas propostas no contexto da autoajuda.
