Arnold Bennett

Nasceu em 1867, em Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, na Inglaterra. Após vencer um concurso literário, nunca mais parou de escrever, tendo-se tornado num escritor prolífico e num dos mais célebres romancistas ingleses do início do século passado.
