The purpose of this book is to provide a deeper insight into the complex relationship between terrorism and the economy. The differences between isolated terrorist attacks, prolonged terrorist campaigns and terrorist activity in a setting of violent crisis or war with regard to the economic impacts of such attacks or campaigns are highlighted.
