I just read this leadership book that was given to me by a friend. Very nice, thorough and informative collection of skills by author Randall Ponder. I recommend it.
I have read this book by Randall Ponder several times. I usually look over it once or twice a year because I find that the book is so useful due to its being divided into specific chapters on specific skills. It tells you what to do and there are no worries. I will always keep this book and I recommend it to anyone.
Good book that examines 15 Leadership (and management skills) that seem to be the ones we face every day. I like the straight forward approach of this book and its simplicity in conveying a subject to the reader. For example, the author, (Randall Ponder of Baton Rouge, Louisiana), does not use the complex language found in most business books. Leadership Made Easy is written for the regular person who has a need to know with minimum distractions from verbose language. Highly recommend this book.
I strongly endorse this book by Randall Ponder of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The book gives much detail on the various skills needed by leaders and managers, while not ignoring the big picture of what these individuals need to do daily. This is a must-have addition to your library-in every country.
