Tara Fraser

Tara Fraser teve a primeira aula de ioga com a sua mãe aos seis anos. Mais tarde, veio a estudar com professores de diversas tradições de hatha yoga e, hoje em dia, as suas técnicas são conhecidas a nível internacional. Tara é fundadora e directora do Yoga Junction em Londres, onde treina professores e dá aulas e workshops. Tem o título de Diploma Course Tutor do British Wheel of Yoga e é membro do seu comité de ensino. Colaboradora regular da revista Yoga and Health, é autora de outros três títulos desta prática: Astanga Yoga for You, The Easy Yoga Workbook e Live Better: Yoga (Duncan Baird Publishers).
