Dream Chasers

A 17-year-old sets out to meet her secret lover by the cliffs of Ottawa's Hogs Back Falls. Three days later, her nude body washes up in the shallows downstream. When no one comes forward and the autopsy reveals she was dead before she hit the water, the public fears a sexual predator is on the loose. But Inspector Green suspects something else.
