Henry Mintzberg received his PhD from MIT's Sloan School in 1968. He is a professor at the Faculty of Management, McGill University, in Montreal, Canada. To date, he has been included in the Wall Street Journal's Top 20 Business Thinkers list nine times and the Financial Times' "The Thinkers 50" list sixteen times. His books mainly address the themes of business work, strategic decision-making and forms of organization.
