Richard Coles

Reverend Richard Coles, who was born in 1962 and grew up in Northamptonshire before moving to London, is the presenter of Saturday Live, star program of Saturday mornings on BBC Radio 4However, he is also the only British vicar to reach number 1 on the music charts (as a member, along with Jimmy Somerville, of the synth-pop duo). The Communards, "Don't Leave Me This Way" It was the best-selling single, and certainly the most listened to and danced to, of 1986. Ah, the eighties… It made its appearance on the original show. Dancing with the Stars and is a regular guest on other of the most popular – and very humorous – programs on British television, such as What should I tell you?, Have I Got News For You and IQHe studied Theology at King College Born in London, and after receiving holy orders, he worked as an ecclesiastical assistant in Lincolnshire and at St. Paul's Church in Knightsbridge, London.
