ABOUT THE AUTHOR

João Labareda

João Labareda é doutorado em Ciência Política pelo Instituto Universitário Europeu em Florença, onde foi assistente. Trabalha atualmente na Comissão Europeia, na área da Ciência e Inovação. Desempenhou funções de adido técnico principal na Representação Permanente de Portugal junto da União Europeia. Nessa qualidade, foi presidente do grupo de trabalho sobre a EFTA durante a presidência portuguesa do Conselho da União Europeia e delegado nacional adjunto ao grupo de trabalho sobre as relações com o Reino Unido no contexto do Brexit.
