Cary Cherniss

Professor emérito de Psicologia Aplicada na Universidade Rutgers. Publicou mais de setenta artigos académicos e capítulos de livros, bem como oito livros, entre os quais Leading with Feeling: Nine Strategies of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership (com Cornelia Roche). Foi consultor de muitas organizações nos sectores público e privado.
Goleman e Cherniss são membros fundadores do Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (CREIO) e foram seus copresidentes durante vinte e cinco anos. Cherniss também foi diretor do CREIO.
