Winston Graham

Winston Graham nasceu em Inglaterra em 1908 e foi viver para a Cornualha aos dezassete anos.
Começou a escrever ainda jovem e nunca mais parou de o fazer.
Em 1963 foi nomeado cavaleiro da Ordem do Império Britânico.
Escreveu mais de trinta romances – traduzidos para mais de vinte línguas –, dos quais a saga Poldark se destaca.
Graham morreu em 2003, com 95 anos.
