ABOUT THE AUTHOR

David Peace

David Peace nasceu em 1967, em Yorkshire, Inglaterra. Em 1991 partiu para Istambul, onde leccionaria a língua inglesa. Em 1994, ainda como docente, mudou-se para Tóquio, cidade onde vive com a família.
A sua infância e o seu imaginário foram marcados pelos crimes do «Violador de Yorkshire», que lhe aguçaram o interesse pelo universo criminal e policial.
É autor dos romances da série «Red Riding» (traduzidos em França, em Itália, na Alemanha e no Japão), e dos romances «GB84» e «The Damned Utd».
Publicado em Inglaterra em Agosto de 2007, «Tóquio Ano Zero» encontra-se já traduzido em 14 línguas.
