Michael Grosso é doutorado em filosofia pela Columbia University. Ensinou filosofia e humanidades na City University New York, na John Kennedy University e no Marymount Manhattan College, e é actualmente regente da cadeira de Filosofia e Religião no Jersey City State College. Estudou psicologia transpessoal, investigação psíquica, arte e o processo criativo.
