Yotam Ottolenghi

Yotam Ottolenghi was born in Jerusalem but has lived in London since 1997. That was also the year he started in haute cuisine. In 2011, he opened his fifth restaurant in London, NOPI. He writes a weekly column in the British The Guardian that, for four years, was entitled The New Vegetarian - and which was at the origin of this extraordinary book. His two books, published in several countries, were true bestsellers. The New Vegetarian won the Galaxy National Book Award in 2010.
