Thomas J. Neff is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company of executive search expert Spencer Stuart (USA), where he has worked since 1976. He was a management consultant for the McKinsey & Company in the New York and Melbourne, Australia offices. Throughout his career, he has participated in the selection of CEOs for companies. Albertson’s, AT&T, Campbell's Soup, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Gillette, Hershey's Foods, Honeywell, IBM, JCPenney, Lucent Technologies, Merck, New York Stock Exchange, Prudential Insurance, Reader’s Digest and WeyerhauserHe has an MBA from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lafayette College.
