Ricardo Dias Felner tem 43 anos e é um dos mais respeitados críticos gastronómicos portugueses. Foi jornalista no Público e diretor da Time Out. Os seus artigos apareceram no Expresso, Público, Grandes Escolhas, Time Out e Sábado. Na ficção, estreou-se na Quetzal com Herói no Vermelho. Quando não está a escrever ou a fazer surf, gosta de preparar comida de tacho. O seu prato favorito é bacalhau cozido com grão. Mas, de larvas a tubarão fermentado, passando por batatas fritas, há pouco que não coma.
