Paulo Júlio

Paulo Júlio nasceu em Novembro de 1969, em Coimbra. Foi presidente da Câmara Municipal de Penela durante dois mandatos, tendo sido secretário de Estado da Administração Local e da Reforma Administrativa no XIX Governo Constitucional, chefiado por Pedro Passos Coelho. Durante este período, liderou com Miguel Relvas a Administração Local e Reforma Administrativa, cujas políticas estão expostas neste livro.
Durante dez anos ocupou vários cargos de direção de uma indústria multinacional, assumindo a direção-geral para a Europa em 2004 e 2005. Atualmente é diretor-geral de um grupo português do setor alimentar.
