Miguel Relvas

Miguel Relvas nasceu em 1961, em Lisboa. Exerceu o mandato de deputado na Assembleia da República durante mais de 20 anos, tendo sido secretário-geral do Partido Social Democrata e membro da Comissão Política Nacional.

No XV Governo Constitucional, chefiado por Durão Barroso, desempenhou funções como secretário de Estado da Administração Local. No XIX Governo Constitucional, presidido por Pedro Passos Coelho, assumiu o cargo de Ministro-Adjunto do Primeiro-Ministro e dos Assuntos Parlamentares. Durante este período, liderou com Paulo Júlio a Administração Local e Reforma Administrativa, cujas políticas estão expostas neste livro. Gestor com experiência nas áreas privada e pública, é atualmente consultor de várias empresas.
