Paulo José Canelas Rapaz

Paulo José Canelas Rapaz é licenciado e doutorado em Ciências Políticas pela Université Panthéon-Assas-Paris II, com uma tese intitulada Le Président de la République Portugaise – la Construction de la Figure Présidentielle Portugaise Depuis 1986.
A sua investigação centra-se nos presidentes europeus eleitos por sufrágio universal direto.
Foi assistente na Université Panthéon-Assas-Paris II e investigador visitante no Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa.
