Paula Veloso, a graduate of FCNAUP, has worked as a nutritionist since 1991. She has participated in several television and radio programs and collaborated with numerous magazines and newspapers in the field of food/nutrition. She has published two books on the subject. Diets without dieting, bestseller in Portugal, and Diet without punishment, nominated in the category "Best Cookbook for Children and Family" by the World Cookbook Awards, an international competition promoted by Gourmand International and designed to award the best cookbooks and wine books in the world.
