Maria Roriz nasceu na Maia em 1993. Licenciou-se em Ciências da Nutrição pela Faculdade de Ciências da Nutrição e Alimentação da Universidade do Porto (FCNAUP) em 2015. É a atual coordenadora do Departamento de Nutrição do Projeto Dragon Force do Futebol Clube do Porto e também coordenadora da Equipa de Nutrição do Clube de Ginásios AmazinGym. Desde 2017 que colabora com diversas escolas de dança, assegurando o acompanhamento nutricional de jovens praticantes de ballet.
