Manuel Pinto Coelho nasceu em Lisboa a 26 de julho de 1948. É licenciado em Medicina pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa, e doutorado em Ciências da Educação pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. Tem uma pós-graduação em Medicina Anti-Envelhecimento pela Universidade Autónoma de Barcelona. É membro Great Distinction da WOSAAM – World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine (desde 2016) e da A4M – American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (desde 2015). Fundou, em 2015, a Clínica Doutor Pinto Coelho, galardoada com o prémio International Award in Excelence and Quality (IAEQ).
É autor de vários livros entre os quais os bestseller Chegar Novo a Velho, +Vida +Saúde +Tempo, O Segredo do Sistema Imunitário e Seja um Super-Humano!.
