Luiz Eduardo Soares

LUIZ EDUARDO SOARES nasceu em Nova Friburgo, região Serrana do Estado do Rio de Janeiro a 12 de Março de 1954. Foi secretário nacional de Segurança pública. Com formação em Antropologia e Filosofia Política, foi coordenador de Segurança, Justiça e Cidadania do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. É Professor na Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing e na Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Actualmente é secretário municipal de Valorização da Vida e Prevenção da Violência de Nova Iguaçu, no Rio de Janeiro.
