Since April 2019, he has held technical positions at the Public Finance Council. From January 2013 to April 2019, he served as Deputy Director-General at the Federal Budget Secretariat, concurrently holding, from December 2016 onwards, the successive positions of Technical Manager and Coordinator of the Budget Guidelines Law Implementation Unit (LEO). He holds a degree in Management and a master's degree in Business Sciences from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.
