Luís Carlos Patraquim

Natural de Maputo, colaborou na imprensa moçambicana e portuguesa. Fundou e coordenou a Gazeta de Artes e Letras da revista Tempo, em 1984. Vive em Portugal desde 1986.
Poeta de reconhecidos méritos, publicou obras tão assinaláveis como Monção, A Inadiável Viagem, Vinte e tal Novas Formulações e uma Elegia Carnívora, Lidemburgo Blues, O Osso Côncavo e outros poemas, Pneuma, O Escuro Anterior. Matéria Concentrada, recolha antológica, sairá brevemente em Maputo.
Intrometeu-se na escrita dramática e o cinema é uma questão que tem consigo mesmo. Está traduzido e antologiado em diversas línguas.
Foi galardoado com o Prémio Nacional de Poesia (Moçambique) em 1995.
