José Silva

José Silva é um reconhecido crítico de vinhos e gastronomia. Apresenta o programa A Hora de Baco transmitido pela RTP N, RTP África e RTP Internacional. Escreveu o Roteiro Gastronómico - Guia dos Restaurantes de Portugal (que teve 5 edições) e também o Roteiro Gastronómico de Matosinhos. Assina um artigo semanal para o Jornal de Notícias e escreve para a revista Wine Passion, na qual faz parte do painel de provadores. É regularmente júri de concursos de gastronomia por todo o país. É comissário do Congresso Nacional de Gastronomia, com a Câmara de Matosinhos, em parceria com Fernando Melo e Hélio Loureiro. Restaurantes de Portugal é a sua mais recente publicação.
