José Barrias

José Barrias é Licenciado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa e pós-graduação em "Direção e Gestão dos Sistemas de Segurança Social", pela Universidade de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) e pela Organização Iberoamericana de Segurança Social. Desenvolveu atividade profissional desde 1971 em instituições de previdência e de segurança social em Lisboa, tendo exercido funções técnicas, dirigentes e de gestão e participado na preparação de diversa legislação de segurança social. Aposentado desde 2012 como Diretor de Segurança Social do Centro Nacional de Pensões. Exerce atualmente a atividade de formador e consultor de segurança social.
