José Bancaleiro foi concebido no Alentejo, nascido no Estoril, residente em Sintra, pai de dois filhos, apaixonado por dois netos e companheiro de dois cães, é doutorando em ciências do trabalho, licenciado em direito, pós-graduado em gestão de RH, fez curso de magistrado judicial e o MBA de marketing na Universidade Católica. Atualmente managing partner da Stanton Chase Portugal, foi diretor de RH na Tabaqueira, Electroliber, SmithKline Beecham Farmacêutica (GSK), Altitude Software, Essilor, OPCA e Banco Finantia. Desde 2008, é consultor especializado em executive search, executive coaching e talent management. É conferencista e leciona em pós-graduações e MBA de diversas universidades. Escreve regularmente artigos para jornais e revistas, sendo também autor de vários livros sobre gestão e liderança.
