Joaquim Alberto Neiva dos Santos é Mestre em Contabilidade e Finanças Empresariais pela Universidade Aberta e Licenciado em Contabilidade e Auditoria Contabilística e em Contabilidade e Administração Empresarial pelo Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração da Universidade de Aveiro (ISCA-UA). Desempenhou funções de Diretor de Associadas e de Diretor Administrativo e Financeiro, exercendo mais recentemente a profissão liberal de Contabilista, desenvolvendo em paralelo diversos trabalhos de consultoria e assessoria financeira em PME. Atualmente é Diretor Administrativo e Financeiro de uma multinacional, acumulando com a docência de unidades curriculares da área financeira no ISCA-UA, designadamente análise financeira e finanças empresariais.
