«Um inquieto colecionador de aromas e sabores». Em abril de 2015, nasceu das suas mãos o primeiro Gin Tinto do Mundo. Em 2016 dá início a uma coleção que já conta com 10 Licores distintos, cada um com a sua receita única inspirada em produtos endógenos portugueses. É Confrade das Confrarias do Vinho Porto, do Vinho Alvarinho, das Tripas à Moda do Porto e um dos fundadores da Confraria da Lampreia do Rio Minho, tendo desempenhado funções de Grão-Mestre até 2017.
