Joana Vasconcelos

Joana Vasconcelos, nascida em 1967, mãe de três filhas, é licenciada, mestre e doutorada pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica, onde desde 1990 ensina Direito do Trabalho, Processo do Trabalho, Direito Civil e Direito Comercial, nos cursos de licenciatura, pós-graduação e mestrado. Foi advogada, consultora do Centro Jurídico da Presidência do Conselho de Ministros e integrou a equipa que elaborou o Anteprojecto de Código do Trabalho. Presentemente ensina, investiga e exerce a consultoria jurídica em Direito do Trabalho e Direito Comercial, áreas nas quais tem vários artigos e monografias publicados.
