Jean-Claude Rodet é um divulgador pioneiro da nutriterapia, uma prática terapêutica em que se considera que os alimentos podem dar um forte contributo para a saúde e o bem-estar. Com formação agronómica e médica, Jean-Claude Rodet tem sido um incansável divulgador da agricultura biológica e da saúde natural, sendo autor de diversos livros. A sua forte ligação a Portugal desde os anos 80 (fundador e sócio honorário da AGROBIO - Associação Portuguesa de Agricultura Biológica) levou-o a colaborar desde há vários anos com a BIOCOOP através da sua participação em diversas palestras e no envio regular de artigos para o boletim da cooperativa. Actualmente é responsável pelo serviço de apoio e aconselhamento aos sócios da BIOCOOP.
