Delegate of the Public Prosecutor and Judge, he held the following positions: Inspector of the Judicial Police, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Director of the Judicial Police, Director-General of Judicial Services, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Attorney General in the Advisory Council of the Attorney General's Office, Deputy Secretary of State to the Minister of Justice, Elected Member of the Superior Council of the Public Prosecutor's Office, Judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, assigned to the 1st Civil Chamber, where he served from January 31, 1998 to February 19, 2003. He is a lecturer in "Information Technology Law" at the Institute of Legal Communication of the Faculty of Law of Coimbra. Author of two books, one of them co-authored, on topics of "Information Technology Law" and several legal studies.
