Doutor em Direito (2019-2021) e Professor Universitário. É Professor Universitário na City University of Macau. Foi Assistente (em tempo parcial) da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Macau. É Magistrado do Ministério Público (em licença sem vencimento). É Perito (Research Fellow) no Forum for International Conciliation and Arbitration (FICA, Oxford, Reino Unido). Foi Agraciado com a Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts of the United Kingdom "in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the fields of justice, rule of law and policy worldwide" (Londres, Reino Unido). Desempenha, ainda, as funções de Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Advisor da Alexander Byrne and Sidhu and Partners London, United Kingdom/San Jose, Costa Rica). É autor de 23 monografias e de dezenas de artigos científicos publicados nas melhores revistas da especialidade nacionais e estrangeiras. Tem obra publicada em português, inglês, espanhol e chinês.
