Formado em Administração de Empresas é também sócio e vice presidente da Thomas International do Brasil, através da qual fornece serviços de consultoria na área de Gestão Estratégica em RH e Banco de Talentos nas empresas. Passou por mais de 100 empresas diferentes e vivenciando os mais variados desafios, nos quais o trato com o elemento humano sempre foi aspecto preponderante.
