Duarte Simões Carneiro

Sócio-gerente da CRA Timor e residente em Timor-Leste desde 2013. Licenciado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica do Porto (2002). Mestrado em Direito Público pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa com a dissertação sobre a Responsabilidade Civil dos Meios de Comunicação Social no Ordenamento Jurídico de Timor-Leste (2016). Participou na feitura de diversos projetos legislativos em Timor-Leste nas áreas de Investimento, Direito Internacional, Indústria e Energia. Orador em diversos seminários internacionais e nacionais sobre matérias relacionadas com direito laboral e investimento privado em Timor-Leste.
