C. Quintela de Oliveira

Carlos Quintela de Oliveira nasceu a 24 de agosto de 1966, em Mafra, onde também estudou. Depois de diversos trabalhos, entrou para a banca em 1991, tendo terminado a carreira como gerente em 2017, ano em que se reformou por invalidez. Uma doença rara tirou-lhe a visão mas, ainda assim, iniciou-se no processo da escrita em 2019, tendo publicado o seu primeiro livro em 2020.
