She is the author of Less Meat, More Veg and FIVE, collaborated with the magazines Waitrose Food Illustrated and managed the pioneering organic cash scheme Abel & Cole.
She lives in London, where she has helped set up numerous food initiatives, including the award-winning Crystal Palace Food Market.
