Tim Spector

Dr Tim Spector is a professor of genetic epidemiology at King's College London, where he directs the TwinsUK project, which compares thousands of twins. He is the author of the bestsellers The Diet Myth, Spoon-Fed , and Food for Life, and is the co-founder of ZOE, a nutritional science company. A member of the British Academy of Medical Sciences and awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for his work in combating the pandemic, Tim was a pioneering researcher worldwide in the study of the microbiome.
