Michael Hammer
Michael Hammer é o mentor de conceitos que transformaram o mundo da gestão, designadamente "reengenharia" e "gestão orientada por processos". É autor de três livros de referência: o best-seller internacional Reengineering the Corporation, a manifesto for business revolution, escrito com James Champy, The Reengineering Revolution, a handbook e Beyond Reengineering, how the process-centered organization is changing our work and our lives.
Hoje lidera a sua empresa de consultoria e de formação empresarial, a Hammer and Company, com sede em Cambridge, Massachusetts(http://www.hammerandco.com/).
